So much has happened since the wedding. Most of it is everyday stuff that is not worth sharing, however we did make a couple of trips out of town. In October, we went to Disney. We stayed in this amazing place called the Mona Lisa Suite Hotel. It was AMAZING!! We highly recommend it when staying in the Walt Disney World/Celebration area. Speaking of Celebration, it was creepy.
We also made a trip to Tallahassee in November for the Florida State Homecoming game against Boston College. It was one of those Black Out games. We always lose the Black Out games. I think it is a matter of psychology; players just are not used to their team wearing black. We stayed in the Red Roof in - it was horrible. The tv did not work, there were only four irons on the premises and we could not get one, and housekeeping chucked a hanger out of our second story room at us when we were leaving.
Now, Christmas is upon us. Being that it is 83 degrees outside, it just does not feel like Christmas. It happens like that in Florida, though. Merry Christmas and many blessing in the new year!!

It's Official... We're Married!!
Our wedding was absolutely beautiful thanks to all of our friends who came to share the day with us. A very special thank you to everyone who helped set up and clean up: Mommy, Aunt Sue, Uncle David, Julie, Jodee, John, Sam, Lanie, Meghan, Cindy, Rebecca, Veronica, Elliot, MaryLouise, Mike and the ladies at Michael Anthony's Signature Salon.
Our photographer, Ivy Hammer, posted some inital photographs on her website for everyone to see.
St. Augustine was the best trip ever!! We stayed at Casa de Solana and highly recommend it to everyone!! The Old City House Inn & Restuarant was a highlight of our trip; dinner was magnificent.

Summer Is Coming To An End
Wow!! Where did the summer go?!
So much has gone on this summer it has been difficult to keep up. Michael graduated the Law Enforcement Academy on June 19 and started with the Citrus County Sheriff's Office on July 23. I have been wedding planning and lesson planning for next school year. I swear I need three more months of summer because I'm not done!!
In my last big wedding planning hurrah, I am heading down to Miami in the next couple of days for some shopping with Samantha. I will be purchasing fabric and decorations and who knows what else.
On the lesson planning front, does anyone know the population of Jerusalem at it's fall during the First Crusade in 1099? This has been bugging me now for several months and I just cannot get an answer.

A Package in the Mail
I am so excited because my purse came in the mail yesterday. I left it at Palazzi's house in Land O'Lakes when we went to the housewarming last Sunday. My cell phone was in it so I had to borrow one of Michael's multilple cell phones all week. It really stunk because I didn't have anyone's phone number.
My dear beloved Mother got mad at me for driving around without a driver's license or insurance card all week. But I didn't have to drive around without these very important items. The beauty of my master plan was that before we went to Land O' Lakes, I had forgotten my wallet on the counter at our house. Yes, it was a little inconvenient that we did not have money for the toll road, had to take a longer way there, and Michael did not speak to me for 20 miles, but my wallet was safe at home so it didn't really matter that I left my purse somewhere!

Photography and Video
We ended up hiring the photographer we met with at the end of March. Her name is Ivy Hammer and she is out of Gainesville. Michael and I both really love her work and she is so unbelievably nice.
Videography is the biggest challenge right now. If anyone knows a reasonable priced videographer in the area please let me know...

What do you mean it's been three months?!
I just realized that it is the end of March, but we were just having Christmas and I don't understand what happened to the three months in between!! I know that time has moved forward, but it just doesn't seem like it has been three full months.
Lots of things have happened on the wedding planning war front; found a dress, started registries, and I think I found a photographer. The dress is an amazing 1954 vintage pattern. The registries are coming along. We are meeting with the potential photographer on Wednesday.
In regular life, things are moving along. Michael only has three more months of academy and Citrus County wants to hire him. In nine more weeks I get rid of my Spring semester freshman. It's really wild because I got all of the great students at one time during the first semester, but my Spring freshman are just lazy stoners. I guess that is just the roulette wheel of public education!
